The one I have at the moment is not easily updated. You seem to have have to go back to square one each time. Must be doing it wrong!
Well done on the overpayment. I missed out on the free listing weekend on ebay over the bank holiday - must do better at checking my emails!

Why not be ambitious with your mortgage target? I like these kind of targets. I had one to make £50 in March and it spurred me on to get on with it.
